Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us.

General User

For example, as a General User, you may subscribe to our newsletter, schedule a demo, provide a testimonial, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information that we collect include your name, email address, country, company name, and job title, and any other information you choose to provide.

Business Users, Registered Users

If you become a Business User, we collect certain personal information directly from you and/or your Registered Users to facilitate our business relationship with you and provide you our products and services, such as order products, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us.

The types of information we collect from Business Users and Registered Users may include: name, email address, country, company name, CRM type, job title, and any other information you may choose to provide. If you make a purchase from us, we use third party payment processors to collect and process the following payment information: financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, and credit card number.

Information We Collect Automatically

We automatically collect certain information about your interactions with us or our Services, including:

  • Device and Usage Information: We collect information about how you access our Services, including data about the device and network you use, such as your hardware model, operating system version, mobile network, IP address, unique device identifiers, and browser type.   • Vendors and Service Providers. Callypso is headquartered in the United States and we have operations and vendors in the United States and other countries.
