Data Privacy, Ownership and Usage
All our operations run on Amazon’s AWS Platform. Backups are stored on a separate storages and there is always an instance at a standby in a different region to ensure 100% uptime of our services.
Only our CTO have access to databases, for technical purposes only, accessed via VPN servers and two-factor authentication.
Encryption
We enable encryption of sensitive data both at rest and in transit over public networks. All in-transit data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL.
Physical Security
We follow the Google Security model. All our operations run at Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes. Backups are stored on Google Cloud Storage.
